About
Four application batches for 2027/28. Batch 2 is open now (5 Oct – 31 Dec 2026); Batch 3: 1 Jan – 31 Mar 2027; Batch 4: 1 Apr – 31 May 2027. Applicants are first considered for a full scholarship, but it is not guaranteed — outcomes: full, partial plus, partial, self-funded or rejected.

Eligibility
Bachelor's: apply within 5 years of high-school graduation
Academic requirements
- Bachelor's: high-school diploma & transcript
- Master's: bachelor's certificate & transcript
- PhD: master's certificate & transcript
Language requirements
- IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo or TOEIC
- Bachelor's: min CEFR B1 — Master's/PhD: B2
- Waiver for English-speaking countries or fully English-taught previous degree (official letter)

- Master's/PhD: recommendations from 2 promoters + short research proposal

- Full tuition waiver
- Monthly allowance: Bachelor IDR 1,850,000 — Master 2,350,000 — PhD 2,600,000 (per Min7a team announcement)
- Free housing per scholarship/university terms
- 3-month Indonesian language course
