All countries of the world except Turkish citizens (and those who lost Turkish citizenship)
Eligibility
- Age: bachelor's under 21, master's under 30, PhD under 35
- (per the official criteria page — confirm with the 2027 call)
Academic requirements
- Min 70% for bachelor's, 75% for master's/PhD
- Medicine, dentistry, pharmacy: 90%
Language requirements
Language certificate per programme (IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent) — some programmes accept without
