Language certificate per programme (IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent) — some programmes accept without

- Bachelor's diploma or provisional certificate
Benefits & funding
- Tuition (incl. registration & graduation fees)
- Free dormitory
- Monthly allowance of 800 lei (~USD 170)
- Romanian preparatory year only if the programme is Romanian-taught
- Not covered: travel and visa costs
